Because less is often more.
POAAL came to us with a partially completed membership management and purchase system. Our task? To simplify the design of the existing framework and incorporate new functionality for creating reports.
What we did:
Silverpond went back to the drawing board to reduce the system design down from a whopping 80 concepts to a mere 15, and migrated the existing system data from Microsoft Access over to MySQL. We also added a user-friendly reporting system.
The result?
A significant decrease in the time spent on subscription management and mailings, and a faster, sleeker design that's won friends all around. POAAL’s existing staff found that their workload was slashed during the peak membership renewal period, meaning that extra staff didn’t have to be hired during this time.

One can only work out of email for so long. Facing a sudden increase in demand for its services, Caliber needed a more efficient way to help its growing roster of staff to manage the slew of jobs heading their way.
What we did
We knew that Caliber needed an easy way of figuring out which staff were available when, so we worked to develop a system that not only allowed the managers to keep tabs on who was booked for a given job, but that let the promotional staff do the same.
The result?
Caliber has now expanded into multiple offices around the country, something that would have been a challenge without a booking service that can be used whenever, and wherever, it was needed.

Juggling projects can be tough work. VPO works with project managers who manage large teams with large budgets, and needed a project management tool that could keep things ticking along.
What we did
We developed a an easy-to-use online system that enterprise-sector project managers could use to manage their day-to-day activities across multiple projects.
The result
VPO’s project managers now have access to a highly complex system that lets them keep on top of ever-changing task list, and all at competitive price.
