Our People

Collaboration

Because ideas don't happen in an echo chamber.

Jonathan Chang

Buoyed after seeing through the successful sale of a software partnership, Jonathan started Silverpond to pursue his passion for user-friendly web applications. Jonathan is a rare beast of the IT world: he’s a programmer who actually likes talking to people. As such, he’s the go-to guy when it comes to initiating a project and fleshing out those broad-brush briefs into superlative software.

Expertise: Storyboarding, Adobe Flex, .Net

Kirill Radzikhovskyy

Born in the Ukraine and raised on the C programming language, Kirill continued his love for computers at Melbourne University by enrolling in a Bachelor of Software Engineering. A year into his degree, he packed his bags and went on an adventure in the tech-haven of Japan, teaching English and manning the ski-fields of Nagano. He joined Silverpond after returning to Melbourne in 2008 and has been a fierce advocate of Ruby, Linux and all things open source ever since.

Expertise: Linux, Ruby on Rails, C, Python

Andy Kitchen

Andy has been living and breathing computers since he first programmed in Scheme with his Melbourne Uni Computer Vision lecturer father at age six. After joining Silverpond for a year in 2008, he left to pursue a freelance contract building a time-lapse photography solution for use in remote and hazardous areas. An unabashed tech-lover and tireless overachiever, Andy now divides his time between programming for Silverpond and tutoring at the RMIT Computer Science faculty.
